The 8000 square foot compound is comprised of the Great House, with three air-conditioned bedroom suites, living, dining and library/media rooms, fully open to the outdoor decks through moveable, louvered doors. An air-conditioned, two bedroom guesthouse with full bath and indoor/outdoor showers completes the residence structure, sheltering the ocean front, 30 x 15 foot freshwater pool.
An Adjacent Gourmet Kitchen can be used to prepare simple Al Fresco meals or a multi course catered dining event. .
Overlooking its own secluded strand of white sand beach directly below the villa it also has breathtaking views of the Neighboring Islands of St. Martin, St. Bart's and Saba. The Villa offers a totally equipped enclave for a family or small group holiday.
The Beach area is easily accessed by a lighted stone walkway and can be equipped with snorkeling gear beach chairs and umbrellas and it offers a pristine, white sand gateway to the coral reefs and multiple small coves along our coastline.

The Villa is located on the Island's south central shore in Lochrum Bay, a 15 minute drive from the AXA Airport and The Valley town center and 5 minutes from the Blowing Point ferry port. |

| Rates Include The Villa maintains a permanent housekeeping and grounds staff to insure that guest needs are consistently provided for. An on-island management team is available to personally tailor your stay, from booking to departure. Three Air conditioned, king size bedroom suites with baths/walk-in closets. 2 King sized bedrooms with shared bath and indoor/outdoor shower, in adjacent air conditioned cottage/guest house: (Can be converted to twin beds). Media-room has banquettes which can also be used for sleeping and we provide a baby cot and high chair. Fully equipped, gourmet kitchen. Reading, audio and DVD library with 4 TV/DVD units located throughout the villa. Cable TV service and wireless dsl throughout. 30'X15' freshwater pool along with an Open Air Jacuzzi and secluded Outdoor Whirlpool Tub in Master bedroom. Secluded beach with snorkeling equipment, beach chairs and umbrellas. Payment Terms A $2000 security deposit is returnable within 72 hours of departure. A 50% deposit is due at reservation, within final payment due 60 days prior to arival date.
