Antigua & Barbuda
The islands of Antigua & Barbuda were once Great Britain's most important Caribbean base. The Nelson’s Dockyard, the only existing Georgian naval dockyard in the world, was England’s most important naval outpost in the Caribbean. Antigua is a must visit for the nature lovers. The island is home to an impressive 365 strands of sand from where you can take in the views of the coastline with its safe harbors, pristine beaches, and unbroken views of the coral reef.
Head to Barbuda if you are looking for some peace and quiet. Here you can experience nature's healing power at its best. The island is still untouched by progress, and more than the humans, the principal inhabitants here are the graceful frigate birds.
