Golfing in Cayman Islands

Owing to the lack of space in the Cayman Islands the facilities for golfing are limited though there is a major 18 holes course and two nine hole courses. Golfers need to be aware of the wind and water hazards while playing

  • Links Safehaven, West Bay Road, Grand Cayman: This is an 18 holes, par 71, low lying and sandy course. You should watch out for the strong trade winds.
  • Blue Tip, Ritz Carlton Hotel, West Bay Road: Designed by Greg Norman, this 9 hole course has a golf shop, practice range, caddie and instruction.
  • Britannia Golf Club, Grand Cayman: You can choose from a 9 hole full length course, 18 hole par 3 course or a special course designed for the shorter hitting Cayman Ball.
