The townhouses has a comfortable living/dining room complete with home theatre system and digital cable TV. This room enjoys a lovely breeze when opened up through the French door which leads out to a private shaded patio and on to the common pool and landscaped deck area. Air conditioning is provided on both levels for your additional comfort. There is a well equipped kitchen with granite counters, a laundry room and a small powder room.
Upstairs master bedroom has a four poster queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Located off this bedroom is a private balcony where one can enjoy a view of the pool and the hills beyond. The second bedroom, with views of a garden and hills, has a queen bed and its own adjacent bathroom.

Personal cheques not accepted. *Damages Deposit* – any minor breakages/damages/missing items up to and not exceeding US$100.00 will be covered by rental monies paid.
