25% non refundable deposit/ 50% deposit for Xmas/Jazz/Special Events non refundable.
75%/50% refundable if cancellation occurs anytime up to 45 days before the commencement of the rental. After that time no refunds will be made.

Rentals - Jazz Festival - 5 nights minimum let + 10% supplement.
Rentals - 15/12/10 - 14/4/11 - 5 nights minimum let
Rentals - 15/4/11 - 14/12/2011 - 3 nights minimum let ( Exclusive of all special events, where the minimum rental is 5 nights (+ SUBJECT TO A SUPPLEMENT)


Payment Terms
ALL RATES QUOTED IN US DOLLARS PER NIGHT

Special rates apply during Christmas/New Years and Jazz Festival - please inquire.

For bookings of 21 nights or longer - 10% reduction on all villa rates

25% non refundable deposit required to guarantee a booking. The balance ( non refundable)is to be paid 45 days before the client's arrival. All payments should be made by certified cheque, direct Bank transfer, Visa,
Mastercard, Discover card, travellers cheques or cash. Personal cheques not accepted.

*Damages Deposit* – Effective immediately and applicable to all bookings commencing from Dec. 15th 2005, any minor breakages/damages/missing items up to and not exceeding US$200.00 will be covered by rental monies paid. Any damages/breakages/missing itmes in excess of US$200.00 will be covered by either TVL's damages deposit form / agent's existing damages deposit policy.
