The House:
You enter the villa through antique Mexican doors into a courtyard with a fountain, beautiful terra cotta tiles and a garden of grape and passion fruit vines.
The top floor consists of the following:-large master bedroom with king size bed and en suite shower room, bedroom 2 with ceiling fan and a queen size four poster bed and en suite shower room, a large sitting/dining room with Cablevision TV and CD and cassette stereo, which leads onto a spacious patio enjoying a spectacular sea view. There is also large, well equipped kitchen.
Ground Floor: The lower floor of the main house is linked by an interior staircase and consists of the following:
Bedroom 3 with a queen size four poster bed and en suite shower room
Bedroom 4 - with 2 single beds,
Bedroom 5 - with a king size bed. bedrooms 4 and 5 share a shower room.
This leads onto a spacious patios that runs the whole length of the property and into the garden and to the 20' x 20' U shaped swimming pool and a small sitting pool with jets. All six bedrooms are air conditioned.
A short walk from the kitchen is a guest cottage consisting of a double bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite shower room.
Children up to 3 years old stay free.
This is a recommended property which has been well furnished and up kept.
Staff - maid/cook service daily, 8.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
Access road is rough and rental of 4 wheel drive vehicle recommended.

Personal cheques not accepted. *Damages Deposit* – Effective immediately and applicable to all bookings commencing from Dec. 15th 2005, any minor breakages/damages/missing items up to and not exceeding US$200.00 will be covered by rental monies paid. Any damages/breakages/missing itmes in excess of US$200.00 will be covered by either TVL's damages deposit form / agent's existing damages deposit policy. |
