In the Anse des Lezards at the northwest section of St. Bart's is the beautiful ABT - Spellbound. This comfortable modern villa offers guests all day sunshine in an area caressed by refreshing ocean breezes.
The minimalist style of the contemporary decor coordinates a white, cream, beige, black and mauve color scheme to its best advantage. The kitchen, living room and bathrooms share a common theme with generous usage of polished concrete. A high ceiling open plan room encloses the living and kitchen areas giving both a sense of spacious luminosity. Sliding doors open onto the outdoor dining area on the covered pool terrace. The large deck on the far side of the pool is perfect for sunbathing. The master bedroom adjacent to the living room opens on the covered terrace and pool.
Two separate bungalows contain the other two bedrooms. One is on the same level as the main villa, while the third is below. Directly beneath the main villa, an exercise room doubles as an office, complete with Internet connection.
