ANA - Floraison, surrounded by lush vegetation and offering beautiful ocean views, is the perfect property from which to enjoy all that St. Bart's has to offer. This three bedroom is ideally situated a mere five-minute drive from both the town of Gustavia and the famous Gouverneur Beach. The neighboring islands of Saba, Statia, St. Kitts and Nevis can be clearly seen from the pool and terrace areas where dazzling sunsets paint the western skies throughout the winter.
French and Mediterranean stylistic influences predominate both the interior and exterior of the villa. An air conditioned living room opens onto the terrace, which is furnished with comfortable sofas. Two bedrooms of equal size share a tropical garden. A separate bungalow houses the third bedroom, a small living room and a wet bar. A single level, tiled terrace connects the bedrooms, pool and living area. This allows for both shaded and alfresco dining as well as places to both sunbathe or relax in the shade. An additional tropical garden is located below the pool.
