Aventura is located in the private community of Roc Flamands. This two storey villa has full privacy as it was the last villa constructed in the community. It has an exceptional view of the ocean, Flamands Bay and surrounding islands.
The large living room opens onto terraces with a view of the ocean. The bedrooms look onto a terrace or garden. The master bedroom has a view of the ocean.
The pool, heated Jacuzzi and large deck overlook the ocean. Seeing the sunrise seated in the Jacuzzi is a great moment!
The private estate of Roc Flamands is overlooking the bay of Flamands. These community villas are made up of 14 private villas. Roc Flamands 5, Roc Flamands 7, and Aventura are a part of this community.
