This luxurious villa is located on a hill overlooking Baie Rouge, facing the Caribbean sea with views of St Martin's mountains and the island of Anguilla. Beaulieu offers a postcard sea view all day long and the spectacular lights of Marigot at night.
The villa features a kitchen bar made out of maple with granite counter tops, extending along a wall which opens to views of the swimming pool and Baie Rouge Beach beyond.
A double living room with beautiful contemporary furniture opens up to a covered terrace for outside dining and living and a large, heated swimming pool. Around the swimming pool are three oversized bedroom suites with private terraces, each constructed from gorgeous tumbled marble with an amazing postcard sea view.
The master bedroom suite delights the senses with wonderful sea views from both the bedroom area and en-suite marble bathroom. Two French doors open to a large, private terrace. The charming cottage nearby comprises the fourth bedroom suite, with its separate study-room and large, private terrace facing the sea. Enjoy all the marvelous sea views and splendid scenery that Beaulieu has to offer.
