CAZ - Bastide Mandarine is a charming Mediterranean-style villa located on the hillside in Lurin, with a dramatic view over Gustavia, St Martin, and Saba. As soon as you enter this villa you are surrounded by a tropical garden with an ocean view and the spirit of this comfortable and peaceful villa.
The main villa houses the living room, kitchen and two bedrooms. Upstairs, the master bedroom has twin beds (or king), an en-suite bathroom and offers a small terrace with a sunset view. Downstairs, the second bedroom opens to the front terrace and pool. It also has twin beds or king and an en-suite bathroom.
The living room is decorated in white and is furnished with French antiques. A few steps lead to a mezzanine where a library/office is located, opening to a view over Gustavia. Located just off the living room is the large, well-equipped kitchen that opens onto an outside covered dining terrace running the length of the main villa. Nearby, a covered gazebo with comfortable sofas invites you to relax while admiring the splendid view.
In a separate cottage, the third bedroom opens to a private terrace facing the pool and view. It has twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king, and an en-suite bathroom. Conveniently located in the Lurin hillside, just a few minutes' drive to Gustavia and Gouverneur beach, CAZ - Bastide Mandarine is ideal for guests who look for privacy, comfort and a spectacular view.
