Desert Rose is a luxurious 11 000 square foot, 4 acre estate perched on top of a cliff offering breathtaking vistas of the sea. The villa is located in Island Harbour, on the North East coastline of Anguilla. It is comprised of 4 bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms, living room with fireplace, kitchen/dining room, laundry room and a two car garage.
The Villa exterior is polished Anguillian Rock with lush tropical landscaping surrounding the property. The tennis court is Premier Cushion Court with views of the sea. An infinity edge pool highlights the veranda which extends the length of the Villa.
The interior of the Villa showcases fossilized coral walls in the master bedroom and living room with Italian marble floors throughout the villa. The decor of the villa is elegant and contemporary in style with the finest amenities.
A special added amenity for guests of Desert Rose is the inclusion of one day at the private island, Scilly Cay with boat and driver provided to take you from the pier in Island Harbour to the dock on Scilly Cay and back at your convenience. The trip is a three minute boat ride. The attention to detail is extraordinary in Desert Rose with the focus on comfort and convenience for all guests. Each bedroom is with custom made sold mahogany furniture, air conditioning, flat screen TVs and Molton Brown bathroom amenities. Luxurious high thread count luxury sheets combined with the sound of the waves breaking against the rocky shoreline guarantee a perfect nights sleep.
