Two miles east of Ocho Rios, on an elevated hillside near the Prospect Plantation, sits Emerald Seas Villa - 6,000 square feet of elegance and luxury. Recently restored using only the best materials and a fine attention to detail, Emerald Seas Villa more resembles a private resort than a rental home.
The entrance opens into a large living room which elegantly blends into a second story verandah. The spacious and elegant living areas of Emerald Seas are built around an indoor rock garden through which the staircase has been cut - a unique backdrop for romantic dinners or soirees of entertaining. From the dining room, guests pass through a family lounge room and bar to French doors which lead onto an additional verandah. This covered space, furnished with an alfresco dining area and comfortable loungers, is just steps from the large private pool.
The bedrooms at Emerald Seas are located in two identical East and West wings. Both branches have their own private garden atrium, onto which the bedrooms open. Each of Emerald Seas' 4 bedrooms are spacious and designed to take advantage of the spectacular views over the sea.
Guests will never have trouble filling their days with activity: there is a private and lit tennis court located directly on the premises, an entertainment room, and games of all sorts. In addition, Emerald Seas is conveniently located next door to the Grand Lido Sans Souci Hotel, where guests can purchase discounted access passes to its clubs, spa, entertainment facilities, etc. Guests of Emerald Seas may also golf at the Sandals Golf Country Club at discounted green fee rates.
A full staff of five is on hand at Emerald Seas at your personal service, including cook, maid, houseman, laundress and gardener. A security guard is on duty from 7 pm to 6 am. Meals will be prepared in accordance with your choice of menu.

The family room can be set up as either a twin or king bed with en-suite bathroom and shower. Appropriate for 1 or 2 single guests (best for children).

Guests have complimentary passes to Beaches Royal Plantation Hotel, for everyone over the age of 18 (Royal Plantation is an all inclusive resort, no children)
