Estate Belvedere emerges from an expansive 2-year renovation to blend old world elegance with ultra modern conveniences. Attention to detail has been afforded to every aspect of the estate while maintaining the historical features of the original architecture. Originally built in 1791, the sugar mill has been transformed into an extensive 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom main house featuring a fully appointed gourmet kitchen with a fresh herb garden steps away. The other 3 suites are located in the towers and cottage on the property.
Located on the north shore in the most beautiful, peaceful and unspoiled area of St. Croix, this totally private estate is spread over 3 acres of lush shaded gardens, multi level terraces and historical ruins.

Estate Belvedere is available for weddings, parties and large gatherings (maximum 50 guests allowed) Please note that ALL tables, flatware, china, dishes and glassware for the wedding MUST be rented or provided by your caterer. Luxury Retreats requires that you give us, well in advance, complete details of all wedding or function plans, including all names of wedding personnel and/or catering persons who will be at this villa for your function. All arrangements are subject to the approval of Belvedere's caretaker.
Guests will be held completely responsible for any damages, missing items, and will be charged if their caterer/chef does not complete a full clean-up of the villa property inside and outside, including removing all trash from the villa property. The Estate's caretaker is not available for assistance in setup or tear down, and will not be responsible for any cleanup of the property afterwards.
A separate agreement must be signed for special events (including weddings, functions, etc.), and must be held at least 2 days before departure date.
