Privately set in an acre of tropical landscaped grounds, the house enjoys 100 feet of stunning beach front, with the purest of fine sand and azure blue ocean. Located on the eastern end of the world famous Grace Bay, it provides an ideal location to access the various shops, restaurants, and bars on the 12 mile bay. Most of all, the villa is situated on Flamingo Lane - one of the most exclusive areas on the island. This area of beach has only 6 other high-end residences, providing peace, quite and privacy.
