The villa Gaiac is located in the private estate of Le Domaine du Levant, which is along the bay of Petit Cul de Sac. The villa overhangs the bay and the beach. It is located a few hundred feet from the beach, and the tennis courts of Domaine du Levant. This roomy villa opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool
Domaine du Levant is a small community estate located along the bay of Petit Cul de Sac. This community includes only 15 exclusives villas, with private access to the beach of Petit Cul de Sac. Gaiac shares the two private tennis courts of the community which are a few minutes walk from the villa.
