Golden Pavilion Villa is a unique property, unparalleled in Tortola. Privately situated on 4 gated acres, this 5000 sq ft, Balinese-inspired villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms features stunning 180 ocean views. Traditional Indonesian sculptures as well as other art and furnishings fill the villa, creating a refined, distinctly British colonial flair. Complementary arrival drinks and snacks are served to welcome you, followed by an introductory tour.
The villa presents Zen tranquility and privacy juxtaposed with modernity and meticulous details. Walking gardens, paths leading to sunken stone retreats and sitting areas nestled under mature plantings at cliff's edge. Tropical birds ride warm breezes up the cliff to sip from the infinity pool. Turtles, rays and the occasional whale can be seen from the deck. Breathtaking views complement the highest building standards with imported granites, marbles, fittings, appliances and furnishings.
All bedrooms are elegantly appointed with imported 4 poster beds, exotic fabrics and heavy blackout draperies. The family room houses all modern conveniences as well as extensive book and DVD libraries. The upstairs gallery has 360 views, an antique replica nine foot billiards table, wet bar with ice machine, flat screen TV and many other modern amenities to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. The air conditioned gym with TV and DVD players has commercial grade equipment for great workouts. High speed wireless internet is present throughout the property. All rooms except the great room and gallery have air conditioning.
With a minimum 4-night rental, one local boat trip for up to 10 guests is included on a 29ft Intrepid powerboat with twin 225hp engines that make for a very smooth ride and is a lot of fun (guests can take additional days out for an additional cost). Tony is the Captain and has been sailing the waters of the British Virgin Islands for 11 years and knows all the great hot spots and hideaways! The estate manager couple lives in a house nearby, only 2 minutes away.
