Situated in one of St. Thomas's best residential neighborhoods, High View is a sophisticated vacation home. This popular villa is secluded within lush tropical landscaping, cloistered by shady trees and palms, and its very private pool and sun deck overlooks one of the island's most coveted views of Charlotte Amalie and the harbor. A spacious four-bedroom home, High View is conveniently built all on one level with a pleasing floor plan.
The Great Room is surrounded on two sides by glass sliders opening to the pool and sun deck, and shares space with the large kitchen and breakfast bar, a nook with a DSL hookup for your laptop + Wi-Fi for your laptop, and a dining room. Located on one side of the Great Room is a powder room, the king master suite and a two-twin bedroom and bath, perfect for parents who wish to be near their children.
On the other side is another king bedroom/bath suite which opens directly to the pool deck. A separate pavilion, accessed via the pool deck outside, offers the fourth bedroom, a private king suite. All four of High View's bedrooms are air-conditioned and have cable TV with a DVD and VCR. Just outside the Great Room on the pool deck is a covered pavilion set with a dining table and chairs for alfresco dining, and a gas grill.
Wooden ceilings add warmth to each stylishly furnished room; an eclectic mix of seagrass furniture and upholstered pieces is anchored by larger wooden armoires and tables; High View's subdued palette adds to the soothing aura of this gracious and so-comfortable home. Conveniently located mid-island with easy access to town and restaurants, High View is a lovely and well-equipped holiday home, just perfect for friends and family.
