Kiwi has recently undergone an extensive renovation and has emerged as a contemporary style, comfortable 3 bedroom villa with views west to the Caribbean Sea and sunset. Located in the exclusive community of Terres Basses, Kiwi is fully air conditioned and offers all the modern conveniences to ensure an idyllic stay. Comprising a living, dining kitchen area that opens out on to the covered terrace offering further dining for up to 8 guests. All three air conditioned bedrooms have a king size bed and a complete en-suite bathroom. The master and second bedroom also feature a private garden area with an outdoor shower. The third bedroom has an outside bath with a private garden area. The new large free-form lap pool with wide entrance steps and a sunken table with underwater benches is the perfect spot to enjoy sunset cocktails. Add to that the delicious aromas from the barbeque and a memorable vacation is only moments away.
This is a wonderful villa for 1, 2 or 3 couples or families. The villa is located within a 5 minute drive of 3 beautiful beaches.
