Overlooking the wonderful bay of St Jean, St Barts, KYR - Panoramique is a splendid contemporary villa located in Lurin offering four bedrooms, four baths and a pool. This recently built villa entirely made of Java teak has large indoor and outdoor spaces. Constructed on different levels, providing guests with a lot of privacy. On the first level, the living room opens to a large terrace facing the view. It is decorated with modern and classic furniture and leads to the opened covered indoor dining area. The gourmet kitchen is functional and well-equipped with all the modern appliances.
Two bedrooms are located on the first level and each feature a king size bed with en-suite bathroom and a large dressing areas. The third bedroom is on the lower level and opens to a covered, outdoor living area. A few steps below, the 4th bedroom is private and offers a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The large deck terrace offers many areas to relax and to admire the view. You can have a partial sunset view at the back. A nice sundeck borders the infinity pool.
KYR - Panoramique is well-located with a nice ocean breeze, easy driving distance to Gustavia, the fitness center or Gouverneur beach. Everyone will enjoy the decor, space and view.
