Villa La Percha is a luxurious, ocean-front villa located in the prestigious Ocean Point development on the island of Providenciales. Situated on a promontory between beautiful Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay the home offers turquoise blue ocean vistas from every room. The constant sea breeze provides a perfect environment in which to relax, unwind and enjoy the beauty of this Caribbean villa.
With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths the villa is ideal for several couples to share, or for a perfect family vacation. Three minutes along a quiet footpath will bring you to Taylor Bay, one of the island's best-kept secrets. This soft white sand beach is calm, sheltered and shallow, making it ideal for children or just relaxing with a good book and an amazing view! For those with a little more energy there are also tennis courts available for your pleasure across the road from the villa and adjacent to the beach.
