Le Caprice is a unique French West Indian villa on Baie Rouge Beach located on top of a hill approximately 150 feet above sea level. The property offers breathtaking 270- degree views of Baie Rouge, the St. Martin coastline, the islands of Anguilla and Saba and, on a clear day, of St. Eustatius, St. Kitts, Nevis and Montserrat. The property runs down to Baie Rouge Beach where the beach and swimming are among the best in the Caribbean.
The property is surrounded by beautiful gardens and features an extensive terrace with fabulous panoramic views, a large swimming pool and a cliffside gazebo.
The interior space is made up of a stylish gourmet kitchen with a sub zero fridge, a beautifully decorated living room, dining room and 4 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with private bathroom and ocean view. There is also a 1 bedroom guest cottage close to the main house with a spacious veranda overlooking Baie Rouge.
