Milord is a stylish three bed, three bath beachfront villa on the island's West Coast, in Fitts Village, St. James.
Recently renovated and refurbished, Milord is a light and airy two-storey property, with two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Professionally decorated in an elegant colonial style using contemporary tropical furnishings, Milord has high ceilings throughout (9ft downstairs, 15ft upstairs) letting in lots of natural light.
Both bedrooms upstairs open out onto a covered terrace with magnificent 180 degree views of the beach and Caribbean sea.
The kitchen and living area are open plan, with a dining room connected through archways. The living area opens out to a covered verendah, sun deck and large paved patio with steps leading down to a gate, which opens onto the beach.
The louvred windows and doors allow natural breezes to flow, with ceiling fans and air conditioning in the bedrooms for additional comfort.
There is a reef in front of Milord with good swimming either to the left or right of the house.
