Modani is a lovely 3 bedroom hillside villa located in Terres Basses on the French side of St. Martin, within walking distance of beautiful Baie Rouge Beach.
The villa has a large, well equipped kitchen that opens on to a breakfast bar overlooking the pool area.
All three bedrooms have ocean views and adjoining baths. The ample living and dining area are surrounded by sliding glass doors that open on to a 200ft long covered gallery, giving superb panoramic ocean views.
Just a few steps down from the gallery is a large, private pool and deck area perfect for sunbathing.
A wonderful, deluxe vacation getaway!
