Exclusive split-level townhouse located at Merlin Bay, St. James. One of eight properties surrounding a central swimming pool and sun deck on a low sea cliff with steps leading down to a beautiful secluded beach.
There are good views of the ocean over the private plunge pool and central swimming pool to the ocean beyond. There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, all opening to terraces or balconies. On the ground floor the bedroom opens to the plunge pool terrace, on the upper floor one bedroom opens to a private terrace and the other to a dining terrace overlooking the plunge pool.
There is an air-conditioned indoor dining room and sunken living room which opens to the plunge pool terrace.
Ocean View is conveniently located just a short drive from Royal Westmoreland and the Sandy Lane Hotel where 5-star golf, tennis and spa facilities are available.
