Situated on a small promontory in Mont Jean with the sea on 3 sides, PAT - Vue Panoramique is a superb villa offering 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pool. The westerly facing views from the terrace and the pool area offer stunning summer sunsets. Several small terraces provide private corners for sunbathing and a garden patio with barbecue is wonderful for al fresco evenings.
The sumptuous living area is open to the large covered terrace, with picture windows all around to take full advantage of the breathtaking views. The covered terrace also houses a dining area beneath a cupola, between the pool and water feature, and an alfresco lounge. The kitchen is superbly appointed with a pretty Provencal tile feature, and can be closed off from the living areas. The 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom, are situated at opposite sides of the living area, ensuring complete privacy. One has an air-conditioned den en-suite and the other offers panoramic views.
