The large, open, airy rooms and verandas are quintessentially Jamaican in feel and function. The villa takes advantage of the prevailing trade winds so that the air conditioners in all the bedrooms are seldom necessary. Outdoor living is the hallmark of Phoenix.
A unique design feature of Phoenix is that all verandas and walkways are at least partially covered, enhancing outdoor living with extensive shady areas, all on one level. All rooms are accessible under cover.
The villa is offered either as 4-bedrooms (East Wing only), 6-bedrooms or 7-bedrooms. The East Wing offers the central swimming pool, a private beach and extensive grounds. Utilizing the West Wing with an additional living pavilion and private beach makes Phoenix a unique destination for large golfing groups or muti-generational families.

The resort's 18 hillside and seaside fairways are accessible with in-house greens fees offered to the villa's guests. Complimentary shuttles transport guests from the villa's front door to all locations within the resort. Tryall offers a beauty salon offering massages and reflexology treatments, a large swimming pool at the Great House and a white sand private beach. Spend days on the sunny beach while waiters serve you from the beach bar. Snorkeling, kayaking, hobie cat sailing and sunfish sailing are complimentary, as are snorkels, masks and flippers. Play tennis on nine Nova Cushion courts, lighted for night play. Jog the trails, work out in the gym and utilize the complimentary Internet room. Tryall Club requires all guests 18 years old and older to join the club as temporary members. There is a charge of USD $100.00 per person, per week (or USD $20.00 per day for shorter stays) added to your account for your visit. Tryall will provide you with a membership card and hope you will use and enjoy all of the facilities of the club at your convenience. Tryall is a private club whose members may use all Club facilities and programs at no extra charge, with the exception of golf. You can pay the membership dues at the Great House Front Desk upon check-in. All major credit cards are accepted.
