Maintenance Note : Please be advised that Schooner Bay properties will be going through maintenance works (amongst other things replacing the pool bridges and beach stairs) and the construction of a seawall, between 23 August and 08 October, 2011. During this period, the property will not be closed, but as you can appreciate there will be some noise disturbance.
The Penthouse at Schooner Bay is a superb 3 bedroom, two story property with a Spa Pool and BBQ. Schooner Bay is a secure gated community only a few minutes walk from Speightstown.
There is a large communal pool in the landscaped gardens with direct access to a beautiful sandy beach.
