Shangri-La is a breathtaking oceanfront property situated on 1000 feet of beautiful pink sand beach.

The estate home is 3000sq.ft. including a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a spacious living room.

Conveniently situated close to the southeastern United States, just 240 miles southeast of Miami, FL, with 100 miles of deserted beaches, the area welcomes you every day with its glistening turquoise waters, tropical climate, and friendly community. Shangri-La will offer you all of the pleasures of an untouched paradise.

Please note that there is also a 6-bedroom villa, The Palms, located on the property that can be rented in tandem to house parties of up to 18 guests.
