Perched above Flamands Beach, this elegant villa offers a wonderful view over the entire bay of Flamands and the surrounding islands. TCK - Tichka has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pool.
The living room, decorated with contemporary white sofas and exotic wood furniture, is spacious and bright, opening to the large terrace with ocean view. The large gourmet kitchen is at the back and separated by a breakfast bar. Next door, the outside covered dining area with a large dark wooden table invites you to enjoy dinners with friends while admiring the view.
The two bedrooms are equal in size and well decorated with light colored wood furniture. Both open to the terrace with the incredible ocean view and feature king size beds and en-suite bathrooms with outdoor showers. The master bedroom is located next door to the living room. The second bedroom is located on the opposite side in a separate cottage.
Surrounding the medium size infinity pool, the large terrace offers different areas to enjoy the soft ocean breezes: a comfortable living area to relax, a sunbathing sofa bed to take a nap, and lounge chairs to read. Ideally located on Flamands hillside, TCK - Tichka is perfect for friends traveling together, looking for solitude, space and comfort.
