Masterfully designed to combine maximum livability with style and unparalleled privacy, The Gestalt may also be combined with Steele Point villa, 1/3 mile down the estate road, and/or with next-door Blackbeard's Hideaway (a 2 bedroom villa on Steele Point Estate), to accommodate up to 22 persons.
