Designed by an international award-winning architect and built with an attention to detail only rarely found in the Caribbean, Villa Alamandra boasts 8000 sq. ft of living area. Inspired by Balinese simplicity, the villa's design is a fusion of interior and exterior spaces. Each of its three pavilions open completely to the ocean front terrace to capture the gentle trade winds, stunning sunsets and the awe-inspiring view of the famed Caicos Bank.
From the vaulted ceilings to the polished-coral flooring inside and out, the villa is appointed with the best appliances, elegant custom-designed fixtures, and the highest quality furnishings. Each room is a unique experience, from the fifteen hundred sq. ft. great room in the main pavilion, the stand-alone master pavilion with its spacious indoor/outdoor shower, to the three luxurious appointment bedrooms in the guest pavilion.
But as it should be, it is the natural surroundings that make the villa so special. Situated on close to two acres of land, lush gardens and soaring palms wrap the villa in tranquility. Walk across the hundred foot long bridge that appears to float amid tropical flowers, through an entryway framed by massive Japanese gates to the most amazing view of turquoise waters you will ever see.
Stroll through the hidden garden, relax in the infinity edge pool and become one with the sea, lounge on the tiered patio, or barbeque in a grove of palms and bougainvillea. Walk down the winding stone path to the secluded patio nestled in the rocks to view our amazing sunsets. Make your way down steps hewn by hand to the private dock and leap into the crystal clear, sandy-bottomed water, dotted with luminescent coral heads.
