This villa has four air-conditioned bedrooms, a sitting room, breakfast room, and a laundry room. There are two verandas at the front of the villa (upper and lower) as well as a spacious pool deck. At the back, there is a porch leading off the breakfast room.
There are three bedrooms on the upper floor (two of which have a TV) and one suite on the ground floor. The master bedroom has an en- suite luxury bathroom. The second bedroom shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. The guest suite, located on the ground floor consists of a bedroom with two single beds, a sitting room and a shower room. This suite can be accessed both internally from upstairs and from the lower verandah.
The villa is well equipped with cable TV and VCR (NTSC). A small selection of videos are available but it is possible to rent videos. In addition there is a stereo CD player and radio.
There is also a pool 28 feet by 14 feet and 4 feet 10 inches deep at the deep end.

Housekeeper works Monday through Saturday (8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) Housekeepers are not trained nannies and should be not be expected to look after and/or baby sit infants and children. If baby-sitting arrangements are made with them, it is at your own risk.
