Zenaida Estate is nestled on three acres of lush tropical gardens with sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea, and the mountains of St Martin and St Barths beyond. Luxuriate in the white powdery sands of our deserted beach. Enjoy ultimate privacy in a three-, four-, or seven-bedroom pavilion with pool. For tennis players we provide the only Har-Tru soft court in the Leeward Islands lit for playing in the cool of the tropic night.
Zenaida is reached entirely by paved road and is set high enough to command a view of the islands of St. Martin and St. Barths across a turquoise sea-the finest view in all Anguilla.
However, the grandest touch of all is below at your feet-your own deserted half, mile of the island's famed powdered white sand beach.
Zenaida proudly boasts one of the only private tennis court in the Eastern Caribbean with a soft Har-tru surface and lighted at night. Professional instruction can be arranged.
The Estate offers seven large air-conditioned bedrooms and living rooms in two separate villas with Asian antiques and contemporary comfortable furniture. There is also a separate guest cottage in the garden. All rooms are sheltered from the tropic sun by a long porch with steps leading down to a magical pool, whose vanishing edge makes you feel as though you are swimming right into the Caribbean. In addition to the above mentioned amenities, the Estate includes an open air Hot Tub and a delightful BBQ area.
The Zenaida Master Villa is comprised of a main house with three bedrooms (all with bathrooms en suite), living room and verandas, plus a one bedroom Guest Cottage adjacent to the main house. In addition the villa has a foot path to the beach (a two minute stroll,) exclusive use of a Hot Tub, fresh water swimming pool and its own private gym.
The Master Villa also includes the use of the Grand Pavilion which is comprised of a very spacious living room, dining room, and computer room--all with sweeping views of the Caribbean
The Zenaida Guest Villa is comprised of three bedrooms and three bathrooms, full kitchen, living room and verandas.
The tiled patio that surrounds the pool, set amidst lush Mediterranean gardens, offers ample room to view the breathtaking tropical sunset. A smaller western patio adjoining the kitchen provides an ideal location for breakfast.
With over 30 beaches, gourmet beachfront restaurants, a relaxed lifestyle and friendly people, Anguilla has become the new destination for the sophisticated vacationer. Scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, wind surfing, sailing, horseback riding and world class spa facilities are all available.
