There is one air conditioned, double bedroom (king-size bed) and a bathroom with a unique semi outdoor shower.
There is a sitting/dining room with open-plan kitchen and a large patio which enjoys views of the Atlantic coast.

This cottage can either be rented separately or as part of Cadasse villa.
Maid service, half day, three times weekly from 9:30am -1:30pm.
General maintenance and watchman on property who will meet all arrivals.
Entertainment: Cable Television, One radio cassette player with Compact Disk player.

Booking must be made before April 30th 2011 and will be subject to a 14 night maximum. 25% non refundable deposit required to guarantee a booking. The balance ( non refundable)is to be paid 45 days before the client's arrival. All payments should be made by certified cheque, direct Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Discover card, travellers cheques or cash. Personal cheques not accepted. *Damages Deposit* – Effective immediately and applicable to all bookings commencing from Dec. 15th 2005, any minor breakages/damages/missing items up to and not exceeding US$200.00 will be covered by rental monies paid. Any damages/breakages/missing itmes in excess of US$200.00 will be covered by either TVL's damages deposit form / agent's existing damages deposit policy. |
