A well appointed three bedroom villa situated at Bois D' Orange with spectacular sea views of Reduit Beach, Pigeon Island and the neighboring island of Martinique to the north.
This villas is also within walking distance of the secluded beach of Trouya. It is also a short drive to Windjammer Landing Hotel, where villa guests can purchase watersports activities, membership of the Kids' Club and patronise their varied restaurants.
The villa has three air conditioned bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. The master bedroom is furnished with two double beds and also has two patios, one enjoying the sea view and the other overlooking the Trouya beach. Bedroom 2 has two single beds with a private patio. Bedroom 3 is furnished with two single beds.
There is a spacious sitting/dining room with a TV connected to CableVision and a VCR (tapes available from rental outlets locally), which opens out onto a generous patio which enjoys wonderful sea views. There are tables on the patio for alfresco dinning. A well equipped kitchen and laundry area complete the house.
The villas stands in a landscaped garden with a swimming pool and sun deck. Owing to its cliff-side location, this house is not suitable for parties with small children or people with walking difficulties.
The house is equipped with a burglar alarm systems and a stand by generator in case of power cuts.
Housekeeper 6 days weekly.

Personal cheques not accepted. *Damages Deposit* – Effective immediately and applicable to all bookings commencing from Dec. 15th 2005, any minor breakages/damages/missing items up to and not exceeding US$200.00 will be covered by rental monies paid. Any damages/breakages/missing itmes in excess of US$200.00 will be covered by either TVL's damages deposit form / agent's existing damages deposit policy. |
