Things to see and do on the islands

Water activities: The islands offer beautiful spots for diving and other underwater activities. The best spots are found off the Turks, along West Caicos and Provo.
Providenciales: Also known as Provo, Providenciales is the hub for all tourist activity. The main beach is Grace Bay, a 12 mile stretch of velvety sand. There are many inland lakes where you can spot many rare birds.

Grand Turk: Take a tour of the town and admire the several restored churches and the collections of the Turks and Caicos National Museum.
Columbus Passage: The passage, which separates Grand Turk and South Caicos is a wonderful place to watch humpback whales from January to March as they make their way to their winter breeding grounds.

Dining in Turks and Caicos

The widest assortment of quality dining options is available in the tourist hub of Providenciales. You can dine in laid-back casual waterfront patios or in exquisite restaurants. Check out Tiki Hut at Turtle Cove Marina for great food, nice atmosphere and waterfront dining. Caicos Café is another favorite Turks and Caicos restaurant. It is a good place to sample local Caribbean cuisine.

Provo Golf Club: This is considered to be one of the top ten courses in the Caribbean.
Waterloo Golf Course: This is a 9 hole, par 54 course built in the grounds of the Office of the Governor of the Turks & Caicos Islands.
