This villa has four air-conditioned bedrooms; sitting room; breakfast room; laundry room.
There are two verandas at the front of the villa (upper and lower) as well as a spacious pool deck. At the back, there is a porch leading off the breakfast room.
There are three bedrooms on the upper floor (two of which have a TV) and one suite on the ground floor. The master bedroom (King size bed) has an en suite luxury bathroom with bath and shower as well as a roomy walk in closet.
The second bedroom (Queen size bed) shares a bathroom with the third bedroom (twin beds).
The guest suite, located on the ground floor consists of a bedroom with two single beds, a sitting room and a shower room. This suite can be accessed both internally from upstairs and from the lower verandah.
The pool is 28 feet by 14 feet and 4 feet 10 inches deep at the deep end.
The villa is well equipped with cable TV and VCR (NTSC). A small selection of videos are available but it is possible to rent videos. In addition there is a stereo CD player and radio.
No smoking at property.
Staffing includes: housekeeper - six days a week, Monday through Saturday (8:00a.m. to 3.00p.m.).
Specialty evening meals can be booked in advance (at additional cost).

*The housekeeper works from 8am to 3pm Monday to Saturday. If she is required to work outside of her normal hours she should be paid by the villa guest at the rate of US$10 per hour + her transport home.

Personal cheques not accepted. *Damages Deposit* – Effective immediately and applicable to all bookings commencing from Dec. 15th 2005, any minor breakages/damages/missing items up to and not exceeding US$200.00 will be covered by rental monies paid. Any damages/breakages/missing itmes in excess of US$200.00 will be covered by either TVL's damages deposit form / agent's existing damages deposit policy. |
